Dubai 3D model
Downtown Dubai — DXF + STL

Downtown Dubai: extreme building heights on ground that is essentially flat. The terrain contributes almost nothing here, which makes it the cleanest region in the catalogue for testing tall-geometry handling.
This region, in numbers
- Centre
- 25.1980° N
55.2750° E - Extent
- 1,007 m × 1,113 m
- Area
- 1.12 km²
- Terrain resolution
- 30 m
- Projected CRS
- UTM 40N · EPSG:32640
- Formats
- Layered DXF · STL
What to expect here
- Flat ground plus supertall towers — the widest height range over the smallest relief of any region here.
- Copernicus GLO-30 terrain; with this little relief the DEM resolution is not the limiting factor.
- Wide setbacks and large plots mean sparse footprints — the opposite density profile to Manhattan.
Where the data comes from
Terrain sources are tried in order and the first one that actually covers the region wins, so the resolution you get depends on what has been flown here:
- 1 Copernicus DEM GLO-30 30 m
Buildings, roads, water and landuse come from Overture Maps, which is global and openly licensed. Building heights are used where the source has them.
